Meet our Dyslexia Specialists
Nadine Kesinger, M.Ed.
Dyslexia Instructional Coordinator
Mrs. Kesinger has a Bachelor's Degree in Gen Ed EC-6 and a Master's Degree in Reading Specialist EC-12th, both from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is trained and certified in the Reading By Design Program. Mrs. Kesinger is a Therapist in Training with the Take Flight program from Scottish Rite Children's Hospital.
Carolyn Matej, M.Ed.
Dyslexia Assessment Coordinator
Mrs. Matej earned a Bachelor of Art in Teaching (Elementary Education) from Sam Houston State University. She has completed numerous trainings in dyslexia assessments and interventions, including Bright Solutions, a graduate level course in screening for dyslexia. Mrs. Matej was a founder and coordinator of PowerLine Reading Program, a private school program focused on dyslexia and other reading disabilities. Mrs. Matej is a member of the International Dyslexia Association.
