We also want to recognize our February Teacher of the Month, Mrs. Laine Carpenter, who teaches Animal Science at AHS. Mrs. Carpenter was selected by her peers for the incredible impact she makes every day on our campus and with her students. Colleagues shared that she "consistently goes above and beyond for her students", even during the busy spring season filled with Ag events, always ensuring her students are supported and successful. They also noted that she is a strong, positive presence on campus who earns the respect of her students through her hard work and commitment.

Alto Elementary celebrated Read Across America today with some very special guest readers!
Students enjoyed visits from the Cat in the Hat, Fancy Nancy, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and several other favorite characters who helped bring stories to life. A big thank you to all of our guest readers for sharing their time and helping inspire a love of reading in our students! ❤️📖
